Review
There are three playgrounds in Tymon park. Near the Templeogue entrance, close to the ponds, there is a modern, spacious playground suitable from toddlers to 12-year-old kids. It is fenced, although the junior and the senior areas are not completely separated. Toddlers might find the play panel, the springers, the see-saw, the baby swings (there are four!), the merry-go-round and the cool multi play unit amusing, while older kids might like the bigger multi play unit, the swings and the basket swing. In the woods, behind this playground there are wooden balancing structures and climbing units designed for older children or teenagers. In the summer, there is an ice-cream van next to the ponds, so be prepared!
